Veichi AC90 Tension Control Frequency Inverter

AC90 tension control inverter to achieve constant tension control via adjusting output torque and automatically roller diameter calculation. Need no tension sensor installation which uses feedback current external position and tension signal. Even it can achieve tension control without installing speed feedback encoder in mostly application.

It employs advantage torque identification calculating with compensate rotational inertia automatically, static and slip friction forces function to realized consistently tension characteristic for whole material processing. Adopts intelligence roller identification technology with highly precision identification, strong anti interference ability


Speed control modeRegulating output frequency of inverter to change the speed of motor.

Torque control modeRegulating the motor output torque, the speed determined by load condition, but will limit to a setting frequency. The user can preset the tension value to achieve the tension control via built in roll diameter calculating.


AC90 tension control inverter suits wind and unwind application of film splitter, printing, printing coater, packing machine with simple control system and easy maintenance.

It is available to built a better tension control system for replacing torque motor, DC motor and tension control system.
